On behalf of a growing e-commerce business we were tasked to find the best despatch and returns solution for them in Germany. Whilst the items would be packed and managed from the UK the client needed the delivered item to look like it had been packed and processed locally. Working with our German agent we set up a direct injection delivery. Accessing the despatch portal in the UK we were able to produce Deutsche Post Bar Code labelling to apply to the boxes here in the UK, despatch daily across to our agent for local injection into a tracked delivery service, each item had the appearance of being a Germany product. Again with our long standing agent we set up a returns service so unwanted items could be sent back locally to the German hub, items could be scanned detailing reasons for return processed same day allowing the client to offer the credit / refund back to their client is a quicker time than previously, improving their customer relations and also saving them money. These are then returned back to the UK warehouse for re-stocking.

Due to this success we are now looking at similar services across Europe for this client.
